This College is Affiliated by U.G.C and N.C.T.E and it comes under Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University. So, the Syllabus, Education and Examination is held by following the rules of the University.
Our History
Vipra Arts, Commerce & Physical Education College was establish in 1996 in Raipur by the Youth Commission of Chhattisgarh and inspired by Education Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey for the improvement of their higher studies.

Our college proveides various facilites like Sports for students, GYM for fitness, Library, Labs, and Scholarships for their progress.
