Infrastructure Facilities

Vipra Arts, Commerce and Physical Education College has well customary system & procedure for maintenance and utilization of available supporting facilities.

Library:-

Library is computerized & it is equipped with computers (with internet), printer and photocopier. Library is automated using ILMS- NewGenLib, Enterprise Edition, 3.04 Carban (Release3)

Electricity & Physical facilities:-

Electricity and physical facilities related maintenance done regularly as per requirements. College have various equipments like, Generator, Xerox machines, printers, CCTV cameras, Audio system, Digital Camera, Public Address System and Inverters etc. There is some fund has been paid regularly or every year on these equipments to maintain all above facilities.

Our College has well established Physical Education Department. The Physical Education Faculty members take due care of all the sports and games activities as per students’ requirement & their interest in sports, college administration always support to give them best sports facilities. So, we purchase maximum possible sports game kits, like for cricket, volleyball, badminton, Chess etc. The grounds sand courts are made and maintained as well.

Water purifier is available for staff and students and it is well maintain. Separate toilet and bathroom is made available for boys and girls as well as male and female staff. Parking facility available for students and staff.

Welfare fund is generated by faculties for needy students and emergencies. The college has linkages with medical professionals for emergency needs and regular medical check-ups. In this regard we organize Medical Camps which is free of cost for all, also nearby community people are informed to visit and get the benefit of institution’s effort.

Class rooms:

Class rooms are well maintain and permanent college employee (sweeper)

IT Facility-

College have centralized as well as one other computer lab for students and staff. Total 100 computers are available in college. LCD projectors and smart boards are available in class rooms. CCTV cameras available in all are working locations like. Scanners, printers and Xerox machines are available in the college.

Free Wi-Fi facility is available in the college for students and staff through Jio Info com Ltd. (free installation through Reliance Info com Ltd.)


We have 10 lecture halls in total in our college, Lecture hall i.e., First Hall is a multipurpose hall which is fully equipped with smart board and other ICT facilities. It is used for several purposes like organizing classes at interdisciplinary level, organizing workshops, seminars and conferences and many cultural and literary activities. We have 03 smart board enabled classroom which serves when diverse students are taught ICT based topics and for presentation purposes. A total number of 06 classrooms are equipped with LAN and WI-FI. Library is equipped with LMS facility. Two ICT enabled lecture halls are in the college. These classrooms are equipped with LCD also.
